Dish teamed up with Southwest to give passengers free TV channels on their flight, but there was a problem– the plane’s wi-fi connection. Potential customers became frustrated with slow-loading episodes. Our approach was to downplay the TV and focus on the FREE. Because, let’s face it, watching free TV is still way more fun than staring at the free safety pamphlets.
