When tasked to explain the ridiculous hidden fees that Direct TV's introductory offer included, we brought a remote with a credit card reader to the forefront. Not only did we capture the consumer's attention, but DISH leadership also took notice as well when the 360-degree campaign came in with zero agency fees thanks to a full in-house execution. This campaign performed in the top 10 of all campaigns DISH has ever ran.
